What does Globagift do?
Globagift is a merchant-first gift card infrastructure that handles issuance, redemption, analytics, and distribution globally.
How fast can we launch?
Most merchants are approved within two business days, and often faster.
How do customers redeem?
Customers redeem in-store via the POS, or online using their card number. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
Who is it for?
We serve consumer-facing merchants, merchant networks, and platforms in emerging and frontier markets who want to unlock gift card revenue.
How is Globagift related to Globapay?
Globagift is part of the Globapay family and runs on Globapay's infrastructure for payments, routing, fraud prevention, and compliant operations.

Do you support multiple locations?
Yes. Our platform handles multi-location scoping with role-based access, allowing HQ oversight with local redemption controls.
What is the difference between a gift card and a refund card?
A gift card is a product a customer buys to give as a gift or use themselves. A refund card is store credit issued as an alternative to a cash refund. Both are managed from the same Gift cards section.
How does distribution work?
Where enabled, your gift cards can be listed across select consumer networks with multi-million user reach, managed via a unified dashboard.
What type of gift cards are supported?
Gift cards are digital. Customers receive them electronically (Email/SMS) and redeem them online or in store.

How to sell online and in store, and integrate with your site.
How do I sell gift cards online?
Sell through a hosted webshop you can link or show as a QR code, or embed the gift card module on your own site with an inline embed or pop-up button snippet. Checkout runs securely inside Globagift's own checkout.
How do I sell and redeem gift cards in store?
Use the Globagift POS screen: the Issue tab sells cards at the register and the Redeem tab redeems them and checks balances, with any remaining balance kept on the card for future use.
Do you support partial redemptions?
Yes. Our system supports partial redemptions and balance tracking across multiple transactions.
Are analytics included?
Yes. Every merchant gets a dashboard tracking sales and redemptions, plus CSV exports of sales and redemption data for reporting.
How do I check a card's balance?
At the POS, use Check balance on the Redeem tab. You can also check the balance of a card issued for a specific order from that order's detail panel in Sales.
